Our turnaround time for custom orders is 5–7 business days.


Please note that we do not have control over delays caused by the postal carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.


Please ensure the address you enter at checkout is correct. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through the live chat on our website.


Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address and will not issue refunds for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
