Refund policy

Due to all orders being custom made, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.


If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us and submit photo proof within 2 business days of delivery.

    •    If the damage is clearly due to postal service mishandling, you must file a claim directly with the post office.

    •    If the package appears normal but the product inside is damaged, we may offer a replacement. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


If the address you provided for your order is correct but the postal service delivers to the wrong address, you must file a claim with the post office. This is outside of our control, and we cannot offer a refund in this situation.


Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
